Service
Service Call Out Fee $88 Per Hour (Plus GST), Including Travel Time to and from service locations.
Service fee does not include parts or other repair costs.
We offer a repair service and charge $88 per hour. The charge time starts when we leave our Peakhurst Warehouse, service your machine and return. We charge in 30 minute blocks after the first hour. One hour minimum charge.
Please call before purchasing, we are hear to help, if we can't help you fix it over the phone then we will at least have a better idea of what the issue is and can give you an approximate cost for servicing.
Bring your machine to us
Austin Amusements also offers in house service from our Peakhurst warehouse. You can arrange a time to bring your machine to us and drop it off. We charge $88 per hour for in warehouse repairs (including GST).
Condition Reports
Are you interested in buying a pinball or arcade machine in NSW and you are in WA, VIC or another state? We will send out a technician to complete a condition report on the machine for you or call/ FaceTime you when we are on location to discuss the condition. *Customers who purchase this service from us need to be mindful that the report reflects the condition of the machine when we are viewing it on the day. In our experience arcade and pinball machine faults often turn up when a machine is being transported. Depending on the day, time and timeframe of a condition report being required (eg, same day, Sunday, night or holiday) an extra call out fee maybe charged.
We offer a phone/ FaceTime condition report and charge $88 per hour (Plus GST). The charge time starts when we leave our Peakhurst Warehouse, check the machine, call the buyer and return to the warehouse. We charge in 30 minute blocks after the first hour. One hour minimum charge. We also offer a condition report via email. Including photos and description of condition. The written report cost is also charged at our hourly rate to complete.
